Trouble with cert# and adding to registry

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
Anyone ever had this trouble? I have this coin in hand and its # is 70072296. Not a real high calibur coin in terms of grade but is perfect to be added to my Colorful Jefferson Registry. The cert number doesn't exist.....things that make you go hmmmmm?
Any help would be appreciated.

    I've had it happen once, but PCGS was quick to resolve it. I had to send the coin in for reslabbing, but all costs except for shipping were covered by PCGS.

    Try scanning coin, and sending email to pcgs. bet you don't have to reslab. just my two cents.

    Call Gail she will email the old owner and then you will be able to add to your registry. Gail is the BEST!

    send them a pic of the slab with cert number and they will add it to their database i had two like that and they took care of it pronto!

    I had the same problem with a 1976 MS67 silver quarter. Just send a scan/pic of the slab to BJ or Cosetta (but don't use info@PCGS.com), and they'll take care of it for you.

    would anyone have an email address for BJ or Cosetta that i can email a scan to? I couldn't find it on the website listings.
