Hard to say about luster from pics, but nice looking details, despite the shield to Liberty's right breast scratch. Nice details, but I wouldn't go $250.

The Rede we live by: If it harms none, do what you will.
My personal rule of thumb: If I look at a coin and immediately focus on an imperfection, it will eventually find a home in someone else's collection, usually at my expense. It's taken me years to discipline myself in adhering to this.
When we are planning for posterity, we ought to remember that virtue is not hereditary.
The slight (staple ?) scratch is not too noticable, and although the coin is, in my opinion, an AU55 ( too much rub for a 58), the scratch brings it to XF 45 money. ( or about $100, max). Sorry.
Personally, I'd return it to the seller if you are able to. Even if he charges you a restocking fee of 10%, you'd be better off waiting for a non damaged coin .

Granted, the scratch is well hidden, but you could have a decent AU58FH for less than this. Undamaged.
On the other hand, the coin is very nice, and would fit into an album well. Wait. What am I saying.
Anyway, nice coin, bottom line is I'd hold out for a better example.
Nice details, but I wouldn't go $250.

I can't return it since I didn't buy it. I was out of the running long before $250.
I was outbid on an ANACS MS60 FH @ $180 and saw this one.
