Frustrating country for the one per country collector.

Just got this in the mail Saturday.
For those people who are working on a one per country collection, here's a real tough piece that is
very seldom seen. A Galopagos Islands piece. The Galopagos Islands were controled by Ecuador and some
1889 coinage (four denominations) was counterstamped with an RA monagram for use on the islands. (I'm not clear on who
actually used them. Possibly a penal colony.)
This makes two pieces I have from this country now. This is a 1 Sucre, I also have a 1 decimo piece.
