Low grade Byzantine follis. King and Queen enthroned on the reverse. Jesus Christ on the Obverse. Can't tell much else from the low grade as to reign etc. It's 6th to 9th century coin in my opinion.
I'm guessing it's a later Byzantine-- late 1000's to about 1300 or so. If it's thin, kinda lightweight, then it could be an Arab contemporary imitation. It ALMOST looks like an "anonymous bronze" follis, struck about 870 A.D to 1060 A.D, but those have a facing Christ figure on one side, a relligious inscription on the other.
