does this card look trimmed on the right side?

or is it just from maybe someone holding the card and wearing it out. it when you look at it going up the down, it looks like a wave.

  • do you guys see that it goes in a little? Would PSA grade this card?
  • i'd give it an 80% chance of coming back graded
  • Doesn't PSA measure the cards from the top middle and bottm to see if they size up? I wouldn't want to buy it, if PSA sends it right back in the top loader. If they measure it in the middle it will be slightly more narrow.

And I say you have less than a 10% chance that they holder it. Whether or not it has been trimmed, the perception is something is not right. Glad those who said nothing is wrong with the card are not graders at PSA.

In my experience, a card with a slight 'factory' wave cut will be graded.
The card is question's wave cut is more severe, and could be deemed miscut.

Some issues were more prone to doing 'the wave' at the factory than others ...

  • this one looks more like it got wavy from be handled than cut that way.

the question was do you think the card looks trimmed? I am not holding it, it looks fine by the scan....
if there are "factory waves" it would still be graded..look no further than the current mastro auction where the ruth card has a small crease above the bat and it was graded a 6...

Huh? Not sure that PSA has ever rejected a card for creases. They will not grade a card with a wavy cut on the edge whether it is factory or not. Amazing you are comparing a wavy cut to a crease when they are not in the same ballpark.
