Check this out for a neat US medal: 1904 St Louis Exposition Medal In Box F Depaulis. These don't come up often this nice. I paid $95 for my own, which was low.

Congratulations on your win! Yes, mine did come with the box. An intact original box usually brings a small premium, depending, maybe $10-15-20, depending on the medal and the age and condition of the box.
