Whats up with Heritage..

it wont let me log in says my user id is not valid....tried to have info sent and it tells me they have no record of my email,

I got the same response. After 6 tries and some frustration I decided they have a server software proble.

Didn't they recently hire a senior IT person? Or, maybe they were just looking for one and have not yet found a suitable candidate...
