DST and E-Bay

I just noticed that some of the auctions I was looking at that end on Sunday seemed to have an end time and duration that contradicted -- for example one auction I'm looking at says it ends in 2 days 6 hours (which I would think would mean 6:40 PM on Sunday), but the end date listed in the auction is 7:40 PM. I just figured out why -- DST is on Sunday and clocks move forward!

Just something to watch out for if, like me, you use the duration listed on the My Ebay page to tell you when you should be looking for your items to end. Also, if you're planning on listing before Sunday remember that the auction will end an hour after you list it.

Ebay is tricky, when I list something, the time instead of saying 7 days says 6 days 9hours 23minutes even though it took me only 2 minutes to list it. I think that they also say it could take about 30 minutes for the listing to show.
