34 Goudey "Blank Back" Info??

Interesting 34 Goudey on EBay right now that I've never seen before. 34 Goudey Blank Back Link. Does anyone have any info on these? Is it legit (looks pretty original from scan)? How scarce of these (must be fairly scarce, I collect 34's exclusively and have never seen one)?
