How would you price this coin?

It is a 1869/9 IHC in a PCI MS66 Red holder. Can't find a thing on any guide lines. PCGS shows the 1869 in the price guide and only 7 1869 in MS66 Red in their pop report but nothing on the 9/9 variety. Any help would be appreciated.
