Some new minors and ID help needed

Picked up another 50 or so coins from the purchased collections I've been raiding at my local shop. None very expensive, some downright cheap, one I can't completely ID. Going to run these alphabetically for a few days.

Afghanistan, cop-nic, SH1316 (1937) UNC

This is a Brazilian piece I could not completely identify due to its condition. It was a $3 pickup, mainly for the ID challenge but I failed.
As close as I can come: a 40 reis counterstamp over 80 reis, possibly KM#'s 441, 445, 446, or 447-any help would be appreciated.

Not particularly interesting-looking, but interesting as it is the first copper-lead coin I have come across. Brunei, 1967, BU

I would say either KM444.2 or KM446. Definitely either a "B" or an "R" mintmark, look at 7:00 on the c/m side.

Mintmark is R, though I can't make out the date.
