When does toning become bad?

Let's say that I put a coin into an album and within a few months/years it obtains nice toning. Is this toning good?

How about if I were to put that coin into a paper envelope instead, an older one so that toning happens faster. Is this bad toning?

I think that we all can agree that baking coins is bad. image

It would depend on the submission result. If they got bodybagged, it's bad. If they got graded, it's good.
