Who's A Good Person To Contact To Update Set Ratings?

I'm currently working on the 1971 Topps set and noticed that the top set has a higher rating (8.52) than the Finest Possible Set Rating (8.36). Based on current population reports, I pulled together a spreadsheet and came up with the best available to be 8.86.

Who can I forward this to at PSA to get this information updated?

Thanks,
Steve

    Steve -
Looks like the update has been made. The
highest possible GPA has been bumped up
to 8.40. Chris Renaud's set is at 8.41 GPA
and has a completion of just under 99% - UNBELIEVEABLE !!!

Actually, I haven't sent the update yet. My calculations come to a highest possible of 8.87. I was going to send it over this weekend.

When I checked my spreadsheet, the highest available is 8.86. I just sent it over to PSA for their review.
