Newbie Need Your Help

Hello, everybody. This is my first post in this forum. Actually I'm not a coins collector, therefore having poor knowledge in this field. However, I'm owning an USA coin of 1799 that I totally no idea about it. Anybody can tell me where I can find the info about it? or can anybody who already knew it telling me the details about this coin? The scanned image of this coin is uploaded here. Thanks!

Also called a Bust Dollar. The one in your picture looks like it may be fake

The coin is a counterfeit Bust dollar. They are often sold at flea markets and on eBay and bring about $5-15 each.
