Can someone please tell me alittle about this coin?

This should probally be on the "Other side" but I don't go there often (its spooky over there) and well....I just like in on "This side". I just received this and it really is a great looking coin. Not being an expert and not knowing much about whether it is a PR or MS it looks PL and about 68/69 to the naked eye. Maybe someone can help me identify and possiblly tell what they think the grade might be. The ebay photos doesn't look half as great as the coin does. I am going to send it in to be graded (probally because it really ddoes look good and I like and really that is all that really matters. Thanks for your help...A newbie to the boards..Walt
