Grade guarantee

Has anyone ever had a grade guarantee on a coin other than PCGS and NGC? Has NTC, ACG, SEGS, ICG, et al ever paid up on a coin that was not up to par, for any reason?

I know that I personally had an NGC indian cent replaced because it was overgraded. I've even heard rumors of PCGS paying up.

    So no other person even tried the grade/authenticity guarantee from a service other than PCGS and NGC?

    I did for anacs. A cleaned coin not net-graded. Anacs sent it back with no change.

    ICG paid on an overgraded Morgan I wasn't happy with.
