What book offers the best introduction to grading?

There are just come issues that I'm at a complete loss to grade. I either need a good book, or I can post images of about 200 coins here and steal some expertise.

PCGS's "Coin Grading and Counterfeit Detection" is excellent. If possible, buy the previous printing.
