I have 15 sets. I would have a lot more right now, but I do not register companion sets (for example, my MS Kennedy set with varieties is not listed in the non-variety section). image

I have one set of Jeff nickels '38-64 registered in both the MS with/without varieties.

Have all the proof Mercs, but alas, two of the nicer coins are in NGC holders (silly me),
so the set won't be registered until I get off my lazy butt and try to cross them!

S-l-o-w-l-y working on three other as of yet unregistered sets.

A smattering of other coins would constitute the beginnings of a type set, which holds
more and more appeal for me everyday! image

There are 12 Lincoln cent set registries. I am registered in 11. The plain fact is that there only needs to be 4 Lincoln set registries.

    1. Lincoln Cents with MAJOR varieties (1909-1958) Business
    2. Lincoln Cents with MAJOR varieties (1959-Present) Business
    3. Lincoln Cents (1909-1958) Proofs
    4. Lincoln Cents with MAJOR varieties (1959-Present) Proofs

Sometimes too many is too much. JMHO. Steveimage

Currently 35. Some are relatively small, such as proof and mint sets, or sets like Barber dimes and quarters that I have no intention of completing. A few are completed, and some are in various stages of completion. Variety is the spice of life, and I usually have no trouble finding something for one of my sets.

    Barber Quarters 7%
    Barber Dimes 9%
    Lincoln Cents 1909-1958 31%
    Buffalo Nickels 34%
    1792-1964 Copper, Nickel, & Silver Type 38%
    Standing Liberty Quarters 54%
12 Piece Gold Type Set 58%
    1937 Proof Set 66%
    1933-1947 Walkers 63%
    Franklin No Bell Lines 74%
    1930 Mint Set 78%
    1938 Proof Set 80%
    1940 Proof Set 80%
    1941 Proof Set 80%
1953 Proof Set 80% (will be 100% after I enter a coin I had forgotten about)
20th Century MS Types w/Varieties (no gold) 80% (missing modern coins)
20th Century Type Major Types, No Gold 82%
    1942 Proof Set 83%
    Proof Mercury Dimes 86%
    1931 Mint Set 86%
    1939 Mint Set 87%
    Proof Lincoln Cents (1936-1942) 88%
Mercury Dimes, Basic Set, circulation strikes 95%
    Proof Washingtons (1936-1964) 95%
Washington Quarters (1932-1964), with varieties 97%
    Proof Lincoln Cents (1950-1958) 100%
    1939 Proof Set 100%
    1950 Proof Set 100%
    1951 Proof Set 100%
    1952 Proof Set 100%
    1954 Proof Set 100%
    Proof Jeffersons (1938-1964) 100%
20th Century Type, Major Types, no gold 100%
Washington Quarters (1932-1964), basic set 100%

All but 2 coins are MS or proof. I hope to eventually finish all of the sets that are currently 58% complete or better, and then concentrate on the 1792-1964 type set.

I have eight. Three are 100%. I hope to complete my Modern circulating types and Millennium set by the end of summer. Also, I plan to complete my 1900 mint set, but I want to take my time and find nice examples. All my coins are brilliant white examples, which really takes time to find. It works well for me, because my funds are limited. It is really fun hobby, but I would suggest newcomers to focus a few sets of interest, and not create great amount sets. Unless you are loaded like Mitch & HD.. Just kidding Mitch... Well maybe I am not, especially HD..

I'll be getting rid of my Proof Sac registry set. To darn common in pr69 and I don't want to spend the money on the few pr70 that are slabbed.
