This is in a set I received today:



Pretty coin, with nice contrast, but not there for the cameo designation. Oh well, I guess I'll have to console myself with the cameo half that was in the set.

Mwahahaha! I just recieved a nice 69DCAM 78-S Jefferson. First time I had really looked at a nice older proof up close and was like... WOW! It now resides in my Type Set, "ECOTS"

Wow! Nice half too! That cent looks better everytime I see it.

The contrast on the half was somewhat muted by a thin veneer of haze when I first got it in. Dipped up quite nicely. Should grade 66DCAM. Has a bit of chatter in the fields that isn't showing well. Of course, with my luck, they'll stick it in a cameo holder and bump the grade to 67.

Newbie question...

Is there some value in the '67 Lincoln and how does one tell if it is SMS? I ask because I picked one up a few days ago for $.25.
