Anyone else get a strange email from Yahoo Auctions?

I got a strange email this morning from Yahoo with the subject, "Yahoo! Auctions Alert #4582477678522173".
It says in part, "We are contacting you to let you know we were unable to verify your billing information for your account. If you do not update your billing information, Yahoo! reserves the right to suspend your account until valid information is provided.".
The problem is...I have not used Yahoo Auctions in about 2 or 3 years.
In fact, I cannot remember when it was I used it last.
This email from them appears legit, not one of those scam emails where someone tries to point you to a fake website to steal your personal information.
Also, out of curiousity I checked my Yahoo Account status, and it is showing that I have a current balance of 20 cents. I have no idea why, since, again, I haven't used Yahoo Auctions for about 2 or 3 years.
I emailed their billing customer service folks to see what the heck this is all about.
