For one thing I see they have the dates of the coins now on the 20th century type sets. Good. For another thing, are people able to squeak 1982 zinc cents in for the copper memorial cent slot? I see some ms68's which I think are all zinc cents, or has pcgs ever even kept track of this?
This is really funny actually, pcgs writes Indian or Lincoln on the 1909 slabs to differentiate (like we can't tell the difference!), but doesn't say copper or zinc, a diference one may not be able to tell!

Don't know the answer to your question, but thanks for mentioning the addition of the dates. I hadn't noticed.
