Question on a 1895 Cent

I was reading the March 29, 2004 issue of Coin World, page 91. "Repunched dates of yore"
In which there is a paragraph on the 1895 cent that Richard Snow has called a Variety 2. He calls this variety "scarce" whatever that means.
What's it worth? I'm not able to find price listings for this variety?
Thanks for the help.
