I was scanning........

OK started the task of scanning and came across these two cards. I was like WTF? No grade and a whacked serial number. So are these "for real"? I will assume they are promos FOR PSA. But what grade are they? I would (again) assume they would be nothing short of a 10, I mean why "promo" a 9. Any way any input would be nice.

    i would think that psa used them as a give away? thus the 12345678 cert number

    looks like the card was not graded at all, just encapsulated.

    yet Ironicaly, it is an UD "GRADED" brand of card?! image

    I have a PSA holder given to me at the National in Atlanta in '92 and it is an 89T Dale Murphy and under the name its says: SAMPLE and it has an odd serial # 05000005 and (GRADE) - no actual grade.
    On the Brady card under #PR 6 it say NAT. PROMO - would that have been given out at one of the Nationals? Some of us still remember the whole Shaq promo thing in '92 and one of the bigest chases until Goldin aka Classic cards let the printers run (again) and flooded the market(?) - not sure but....
