Worthy of sending in to be graded?

Hey all,

Are any of these coins worthy of being sent in to be graded? Please take a look and give me some opinions...and be nice about the photo quality, these were my very first attempts at using a digital camera for coin pics.

1939-D Mercury
1961 Franklin
1962 Franklin (this one is my favorite)
1962 Jefferson (color is actual deep gold almost black)
1963 Franklin
1964-D Roosevelt (both sides are actually a lot more crisp, had problems getting a decent pic)
1965 SMS Jefferson (photo was taken through the cello wrapper)

Thanks for the opinions and help,

Maybe the 1962 Jefferson since it has a nice cameo. Everything else is very common and doesn't need to be slabbed. Save your money.

The Franklins won't make Cameo or Deep Cameo, thus would not bring a premium - I'd pass on those, though the 62 looks like a very nice coin image

    Is the 62 frankie a proof or BU....if it's a BU I like it.

  • I'm not too sure...I got all of these coins and 11 other pages of coins from a local estate sale here in Phoenix. How do you tell the difference between a proof or a BU coin? Because I have a few more that are like this, and that would be ideal to know.

    Thanks,

The 63 Jeff is worth while from what I can see. An MS66 which would bring a premium over the slabbing costs.

IMHO none of the pictured coins is worth sending in.

    Sorry
