NPNs.........Are they worth it???

I'm going to send in a few NPNs and I have a few questions. Are they really worth it? How long after the drawing does it take to receive the cards? Also, on the back of Topps packs(Topps Chrome basketball anyway) is says one entry per household. On the backs of Fleer packs, it doesn't say their is a limit. Is their one? Any suggestions on which brands to send it to? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks a bunch, Adam
I'm looking for:

  • Ive only sent in a few, and I got back 2 things. There are people on here that send in 10, 20, 30 maybe more, and get some really nice stuff back. If you dont mind the cost of a stamp and envelopes, I think its worth it. Also, if it doesnt state a limit, Im pretty sure you can send in as many as you would like. With the brands to send to, I couldnt help you there, I cant remember the guys name but when he sees this Im sure he will hook you up with all the tips. image

  • I've only sent in a couple and got my 1st one back last week.
Got a 2003 Pristine Anquan Bolden Refractor /#1449--books for $8 to $20. Thought that was pretty good
for the cost of a stamp. It took about 6-8 weeks to get something back. I just sent in another
20 NPN's to Topps and Fleer for different products. I see that many have short time spans that you
can send in the NPN's and hope to get something back. I think that it's smarter to focus on the
higher end products--that way if you do get something back, it should be a nicer item!!

    They are absolutely worth it.

Fleer does not have quantity limits, so you can send in as many as you like.

Donruss/Playoff normally limits you to 2 per household.

Topps normally limits you to 1 per household.

Upper Deck normally limits you to 1 per household per day, but on many of their products, the odds of success are poor.

I and others have posted reports of our successes on a long thread that just went back to the top of the boards. [I have a hunch that most people don't bother to report their successes.] That thread should give you some idea of what kinds of cards come back from the NPNs.
