Yes in theory, but based upon the Long Beach, FUN and ANA shows I've been to, you probably couldn't do it even half of the time. The 1893-S really doesn't come around in mint state all that often, and both the 92-S and 84-S are pretty scarce in MS63 and up.
I don't scour every table looking at Morgans, but the couple of 1893-Ss I've seen at shows were Jack Lee #2 and other coins that might have been on display but not actually for sale.
I dont think one major show would do it, especially if you wanted nice coins. Dollars are very popular, and several of the common type dates and easier CC's the supply is endless, but several dates are not. Being a key-date collector, I look at Morgan's at most of the shows I go to, such as the other week in baltimore. You would not have been able to complete it there.
I think some of the dates that might stump you on one or more visits to a major convention would be:
1884-s 1892-s 1893-cc 1893-s 1895-o 1901-p probably a few others
Notice that I have not listed the 1889-cc, that becuase IMO, it is a coin that I usually see at a larger convention show and in more than one case in 63 or 64. This coin is currently experiencing strong demand, but still seem to be quite available?

So you're probably right.
<< <i>Why would you want to do it all at once? >>
Why not? - if I had the money, I'd probably buy the entire Ford collection intact. Fortunately, I don't have the money.
