but how long have they been offering the membership upgrades? Is this fairly new?
Saw the Gold deal just now for $129. I'm not usually a "club" type of person, but this looks like a good deal to me. Two years access to scripts and eight free subs? Even with all me fingers and toes to count with it looks like an offer I can't refuse.

Yep, it's pretty recent. I didn't even know about it until I got my renewal notice in the mail.

That's actually the Platinum level, not the Gold level. Gold is one year and four submissions, and for the extra $30, four upgrades.
