I just received the 1860-O half dime from the Bowers & Merena auction, and it fully meets my expectations. 
It has satiny surfaces, a good strike, and just a couple of marks that keep it from being an MS65. I thought it would make a good mate for my 1860-O dollar, giving me the largest and the smallest "O" mint Seated coins from that year. I had never noticed the subtle differences in the obverses until I put the pictures one on top of the other. Liberty's head appears to be longer on the dollar, and the shield on the dollar is at more of an angle than on the half dime, where it is almost in a vertical position.
I have had the dollar for several years. It's only an MS61, but I still like it a lot.
