    Yes books are still available (And will continue to be until a year or so before the second edition comes out.) The second printing is a "print on demand" setup with all printing, binding, and shipping being done in house. (I used what I made on the first printing to purchase the last of the equipment I needed and I now have a small publishing house set up in the back on the carpet shop.) I will PM you the details since I don't want to advertise here on this forum.
