Thinking of buying this Morgan,but I need your opinions

This Morgan is listed as 1900 O/CC. Can anyone tell from these scans if it actually is one?
It's selling for less than $15 I'd like to own it but I'm not sure of it as I'm a novice collector.
Any and all responses are welcome.

I did say vam 9 to begin with but I'm unsure now...I cannot give a definate..

Definitely not a VAM-8 or VAM-8A, but who could tell with those pictures?

I'd say yes, it is an O/CC... in a high VF or shot-XF (could tell more with a reverse scan) grade.

That particular morgan looks very bleached out- I would probably look around for a slightly more expensive version with a more original patina to it...
