My first PCGS coin

I bought this off eBay. There is a spot under the hand and a bigger one to the right of the head. The spot near the head is a little disheartening, but I am thinking it is the holder and not the coin. Has anyone seen this before?

Still, for $17.50 I like it.

It would make sense that it has a small flaw somewhere - spot - since it's only graded MS68. The majority of these that are submitted grade MS69.
