How does this work? Do PNG members get to vote on this type of decision? Were there any other bids or choices?

I like that little icon that electric eye uses with the smiley face that gets angry and then floats around is a circular fashion- what's that called??

I think a better question is does anybody really care?? If I had not read it on THAT thread I never even would have known PCGS paid for the PNG endorsement the last five years and will probably forget who the new one is since it does mean anything to me. It was a non issue when PCGS was the one and it should be a non issue now that someone else is doing it for a while.
