Customer Service Manager

You guys respond faster than I can type.
Yes, the post was removed.

As many of you know, there have been changes in the personnel here. I monitor these boards when possible, but my travel schedule has increased so sometimes I can't get to issues on the boards as quickly as I used to. Who knows, I may get a chance to meet more of the forum members as I go to more sports shows.

Cassi East is the head of customer service.
She has moved in to this position with the sale of the auction company's which she used to head.
She is available to anyone who needs her assistance or has an issue with anyone on her staff.
I previously worked with her in the auctions department and I can tell you she is adamant that all our customers, big or small, receive the best service we can provide.

    Why was the thread removed? Are complaints against PSA off limits? Is there a certain tone or subject matter that cannot be posted? What specifically got that one pulled? Do you get to decide which ones are pulled?

    Do your travels prevent you from obtaining Internet access so as to read the boards?

  • We only remove bad posts about ourselves..The rest of the posts are at our descretion..I mean we protect the Governement from the people..Write what you want about others service..Do not write about our service..I have pm says we dont remove posts..WOW

    I spoke with Cassi a few minutes ago. She was a pleasure to deal with. From my brief talk with her, it seems like she is doing the things necessary to reign in the customer service issues at PSA. She told me to send her the cards and that she would reimburse me for the postage. She said that the cards would be forwarded to Joe Orlando and then the head grader for re-evaluation. I'll let you know what happens.

    Glad to hear you're getting the same class treatment that I get when a small time guy like me talks to Joe or
    somebody higher up. My prediction is that you're going to get first class service. It appears that you have already received some
    from the people who can take care of this guys mistake.

    You would have thought that Cassi or Carol would have taken the initiative to contact David?? Why is it that when there is an issue with PSA you have to continually follow up with them?

    PSA is not proactive but reactive. The issues may get resolved on an individual basis, but what about looking into what caused the problem to begin with ... otherwise they will continue to occur?
  • IMO, it should NOT have come to joe getting personally involved, but now that he is i'm sure this matter will get top priority AND be resolved in a FAVORABLE manner. as far as the post being removed i am NOT surprised, what company would allow negativity about themselves to be posted on THEIR website? VARGHA had a legit customer service gripe about his two '75's and all of a sudden the sky is falling?

    who's the guy in the pic? your half brother? with all the B.S. you've been spewing since you came on these boards i'm surprised that i didn't make the connection sooner. it makes perfect sense .
    why don't you post your negative feedback on your "about me page" right beside your eight year old pics of mr. mint. LOL. i used to work as a security consultant for robert deniro's film co. so i guess that makes me an.......actor!.....yeah, that's the ticket!!

    you expected PSA to take down threads about YOU, that YOU brought on yourself and ultimately perpetuated by trying to prove a point that just wasn't there, all the while back tracking to cover up the lies you were caught in.

    you have the balls to compare the problem VARGHA had with PSA'S customer service to your debacle. should PSA take a page from your customer service practices? when a customer has to come to a point where he see's taking legal action as the only way to get a refund?

    you had better tell your doctor to increase your meds, even though; no amount of medicine will ever stop you from being a jerk o#$.
