I've heard Spring is the most active, but I have no stats to prove.

Selling wise, I'd say early spring. Right when the income tax checks come in.

Most dealers will say it's anytime but early spring but what I see is anytime but nice weather. With
Christmas time being the most active.
It may be a difference in the types of markets one watches.
