I've purchased a couple of raw coins and a PCGS cameo franklin from hucky, and they were pretty accurate with their descriptions. The cameo franklin sold for much less than the average market price, and I've wondered if that happened simply because he was the one selling it- it was actually undergraded compared to other PCGS franklins I've seen. I'd be curious to see how strict or loose the grading is with his ACC coins...
