Instead of leaving a short negative or neutral comment, could one leave a link to a page that explains what went on during the transaction? eg... Wrong Grading see www.iampissed.com/ebayid330055964

    No--if there's a link, the feedback can be removed without question--and you lose your chance to leave a Neg... you can say "email me for details"

    On another note, you can (a few times before you get in trouble), leave a link as a response to a neg you get and they'll remove it image
