my experience with NGC holdered Proof Jeffersons from the early 50's tells me that they'll almost always cross at Cameo but will generally slip one grade numerically. thus, without seeing the coin and assuming it is nicely frosted with no problems, you're probably looking at a PCGS PR67CAM. that should mean a price somewhere between $275-$350.

my post was a generalization. the coin may well cross at PR68CAM and you'd be OK. post the pictures tomorrow when you get a chance.

My experience is a little different than Keets. Out of my full set of PF 68 Cameo Jeffs from the 50s I don't think any would get the PCGS cameo designation. Mine were all graded 5-6 years ago. I do think many, if not most, of my Ultra Cameo PF Jeffs would cross to DCAM.
