increase in the number of pcgs rattler holders on ebay

Has anyone noticed an increase in the number of morgan dollars in old pcgs rattler holders being offered on ebay.

Also any opinions on grading then vs now.

I tend to stay away from them because they don't store well and the coin tends to rotate.

Higher grades were in general harder to get like 66+ then.
