Grade Opinion on this Pilgram ?

Please give me a grade opinion on this pilgram commem.
I hate that the photo's can only be 50k or less, I had to down size twice. Any way the coin is an Ms coin.
The lines around the prephery are die polish lines and not scratches or cleaning marks?

boy those are tough coins to grade....i have 2 pilgrims with a 2 pt spread between them, and they look exactly the same to me technically. i'll guess ms63. I think luster is very important in determining the grade on these coins. hopefully a commem collector will chime in on the standards used, i'd certainly be interested.
