Ok, so who are the good ebay coin dealers?

I have seen and I have made inquires about your experiences with certain dealers on ebay and most responses are they over-grade coins or stay away from them at all cost. So, who are the good ones? Who are the ones you have good luck with regarding accurate descriptions and grading, especially raw coins? Yes, you can list yourself!
