What is the cheapest way to submit coins to PCGS for certification? The platinum level membership?

Have an authorized dealer do it. They have better rates than Gold or Platinum members. Rates are the same for both Gold and Platinum.

Better be a dealer you can absolutely trust....
gotta watch for the ol switcheroo.....
my advice, just become a member, and submit yourself......
however, a good trustable dealer may be able to prescreen your coins..... should you need that....
