A good starting point would be to check the Certified Coin Market Indicator on the front page of the Coin Dealer Newsletter (Greysheet).

In the Feb 27th issue they state avg. weekly comparison of certified coin bid levels relative to CDN sigth-seen bid levels (as 100%)...

    PCGS.. 83%
    NGC.... 83%
    ANACS 57%
    ICG..... 86%
    PCI..... 56%
    SEGS.. 56%
    NCI......34%
    INS..... 32%

This is at least a relative guide to begin the thought process...

The idea here is to try to gauge how much collcetors value the opinions of the various TPGs.
