It has two very faint hairlines in the left obverse field, but is otherwise fundamentally flawless. It is VERY upper end of the contrast scale and likely within the first five to ten coins stuck from a fresh die pair. The strongest I've ever seen on a 1964, and I've seen a lot of them.
Don't wuss out now.

from the scan, I can tell with certainty that the coin is somewhere between a 65 and a 69. The scan also looks DCAM.
