Is this overdipped??????????? Please advice

I am helping a friend build a peace set and was looking at to pick up a high end AU to low end MS coin..............

comments on the coin........not the plastic please.
Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

    Not sure if its the seller or the holder but all their stuff
    looks washed out. It could be the pictures. Since these
    holders are always going at a big discout I've considered
    buying a cheap one as an experiment. Let us know how

    I can't tell if it has been overdipped or just had a plain old harsh cleaning, but it does not appear to have original luster. I wouldn't go near a coin in one of these self-slabs.
