Junk silver??

I sent a colleague to a local coin store to buy some junk silver over the weekend. He was intrigued with the idea of buying some 90% silver coins after I did a report on the price spike in silver last week. He came back this morning and reported the coin shop was sold out of its junk silver. What's going on in local coin shops near you? Is there junk silver to be had, or is it also sold out? Besides the TV reports, Ive also been writing about silver on my website. cheers, alan mendelson
