Hello everyone, Berry Bird here. It has been awhile since I`ve been here to visit all of you fine people on these forums. This newbie is another bird to come into the flock of birds. image You don`t have to guess the grade if you don`t won`t to but, feel free if you do so.

    Dang you guys pegged it right on the nose already; you guys know your Morgans. It is a MS63 and just got it out of the mailbox about a hour ago. I`m in love with it too.imageimage

    Yes this looks like a 63. Compare this to the "dog bone" thread a day or two ago with most claiming that was also a 63.
    no comparison..is was overgraded and razor was right

    Again, thanks everyone!image Everyone that has taken a stab at the grade is right. It`s graded MS63 by NGC. There was a Peace dollar that came with it too that I`ll show sometime later but, not tonight that I will like to show. I haven`t had the chance to run a scan of it yet. It`s a nice, clean toner too. It`s has an easily noticable toning but, looks like it maybe a toughy to scan to show it off.

    CCR: I like the toning (esp on the Obv) of your new 1886 Morgan. I "Heard it through the Grapevine" that you are one "Fortunate Son" who must have purchased that Morgan "Up Around the Bend" from some guy in a "Travellin' Band" from the "Green River" area around "Lodi"... image

    CCR: That's what I figured. Were you "Born on the Bayou" near "Centerfield", if so you'd better "Run Through the Jungle" before "Proud Mary" sees you!
