Is this thing real? Any guess as to how it would grade (sorry about the obverse picture).

if the rev is any indication of grade, i,d say 58-64.

Based on the image of the reverse I would say it is real. Grade is another matter. If your buying err on the side of caution and assume proof 60 or there abouts. Maybe nicer in hand but hairlines are practically invisible on images.
