Nice coins! They show some red despite being so old. Also, if you don't mind me asking, what does N/R mean? I see it all the time. I didn't know canada uses cents just like the US does.

Is the US dollar and the US canada dollar worth the same?

N/R stands for No Reserve... for a no reserve auction

The Canadian dollar, as far as I know, is worth between $.60-.70 US, I believe.

It was that way until the great US dollar decline of the past 18 months. The Canadian dollar now hovers around 75 cents US.
