Let's play grade-the-buff!! (answer given)

Grading MS Buffalos has to be a very demanding task. Below are two 1938D
with similar color but obviously different strikes. They are in different types of
slab but have the same grade. Can you guess that grade. For super bonus:
can you guess the slab.

    BigGreek, don't show the grades right away next time and you might get more resposes. I'll guess MS66 on both and the first one is in an old PCGS rattler and the second one is grade by NTCimage. mike
