I looked through about 50 coins at the show and thought that the 62 / 63 / 64 distinction was pretty much a crapshoot. Some 64s had fewer marks, but the marks they had were bigger or deeper. An equal but small percentager of all grades seemed to be slightly off in color.
My conclusion is I'm glad I don't grade these for a living.

I think it could certainly have been a 64 if some of the others I saw were 64s. Plus I figured the green holder might make someone somewhere believe that it was undergraded years ago.
But I'm not going to try it -
If this coin were presented on ebay with that obv photo, it would certainly reach a very strong 63 price.
